Alan has a depth of business experiences working in and with a wide range of businesses that include Fortune 500 (Lucent Technologies), mid-range (Arris), and start up/small organizations (Karlnet Wireless). The roles played in these businesses have included VP/Director/Manager of Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.

He has also helped sell multiple businesses to larger entities and designed strategies to take individual company’s divisions/organizations from startup to $1M, $1M to $10M and $10M to $50M in annual sales. The formulas for these companies success can be scaled and applied to a 1 person group or to those with much larger staffs! The primary “secret” is having a plan and executing that plan appropriate for you and the situation! While this sounds simple you know that this can be a challenge no matter what stage your business is at!

With a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelors in Business Administration he can help you look at both the business environment, sales, organizational, and people/personnel challenges to assist you to that next level of business success using the skills and tools provided at the Mind Master meetings and individual coaching sessions.
